BGStaff is looking for a Data Scientist / AI Engineer to develop and implement AI solutions, including LLM-based AI agents. Remote work with a salary range of 200,000 to 230,000 ₽.
Responsibilities

- Develop and implement AI-based solutions, including LLM-based AI agents.
- Design architecture for AI agents and approaches to their construction.
- Work with Deep Learning in NLP, including Transformer architecture.
- Perform fine-tuning of language models (GPT-like, BERT-like, etc.).
- Develop integrations with IT systems.
- Work with industrial k8s.
Requirements
Requirements
- Data Scientist / AI Engineer with at least 3 years of commercial experience, having implemented and deployed AI-based solutions, including LLM-based AI agents.
- Strong knowledge of Classic Machine Learning.
- Good understanding of Deep Learning (NLP).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architecture.
- Practical experience in fine-tuning language models (GPT-like, BERT-like, etc.).
- Proficient in Python stack — Torch, Transformers.
- Experience in developing integrations with IT systems.
- Experience working with industrial k8s.
