Description
BGStaff is a systems integrator and leading franchisee of 1C in the Orenburg region. The company specializes in comprehensive business automation on the 1C:Enterprise platform.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Work with a warm client base (incoming requests + clients under support who have 'fallen asleep')
- Active sales of the full portfolio of 1C solutions: licenses, industry configurations, annual support contracts (ITS, subscription)
- Consult with decision-makers: understand business pain points, propose configurations and tariffs, demonstrate the financial benefits of automation
- Full sales cycle: proposal → negotiations → contract → handover to implementation → payment control and closing documents
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in selling 1C products or support contracts — at least 1 year
- Understanding of the architecture of the product line: differences between Accounting and Trade Management, the purpose of ZUP, when to offer KA or ERP
- Knowledge of licensing models (PROF, CORP, client, server), experience in preparing proposals considering the number of workplaces, modules, and integrations
- Ability to work with decision-makers (owners, CFOs, chief accountants) with clear ROI arguments
- Excellent PC skills, business correspondence, confident oral Russian
- B2B sales with a long cycle (1–4 weeks), active and warm sales, negotiations with multiple stakeholders

- Salary: from 80,000 to 140,000 ₽ (base salary 80,000 ₽ + KPI bonuses, percentage of margin)
- Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 (Orenburg time, MSK+2)
- Employment: according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from day one
- Work format: remotely from any city in Russia or office (Orenburg)
