About this role

HODLER Exchange is looking for a strong B2B Sales Manager to find clients and close deals in the FinTech and Crypto space.

Description

HODLER Exchange is building international payment infrastructure for online businesses, working with high-load projects, cryptocurrency, and international payments.

Responsibilities
  • Independently search for potential clients.
  • Reach out to decision-makers and conduct negotiations.
  • Present the company's products.
  • Transfer clients for onboarding after agreeing on terms.
  • Build your own sales funnel and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Ability to find clients through Telegram, LinkedIn, email, conferences, and other channels.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Experience in FinTech, payment systems, crypto, or acquiring will be a significant advantage.
Conditions & Benefits
  • Income: from 200,000 to 500,000 ₽ per month (depending on results).
  • Additional bonus for achieving KPIs.
  • Fully remote work.
  • Opportunity to grow to the head of the sales department.
