- Develop and enhance 1C Retail for a network of 40+ stores
- Work with Honest Sign: marking in all processes, requiring deep immersion
- Support and develop KKT, RIB exchanges, integrations with websites and related systems
- Independently solve tasks based on specifications and process descriptions — from analysis to implementation
- Understand and refactor complex existing code
- Work according to business requirements, not just ready specifications
- Adhere to development standards

- Deep knowledge and practical experience with 1C Retail at a lead developer level
- Experience working with retail networks of 40+ stores
- Deep understanding of marking (Honest Sign) — if no practical experience, theoretical knowledge and a strong desire to learn are also considered
- Experience with KKT
- Experience with integrations: websites, related systems, RIB exchanges
- Knowledge of development standards
- Ability to work according to business requirements, not just specifications
- Confident communication during interviews is crucial
- Proactive approach: desire to dig deeper, learn new configurations, master Honest Sign
- Interest in processes, not just code
- Willingness to work closely with marking, as it is present everywhere
