Description
Monad Foundation is a team developing a high-performance EVM L1 blockchain called Monad.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth in TVL and protocol activity.
- Integrate RWA into DeFi, including collateral structures and looping.
- Attract institutional capital.
Requirements
- Experience with DeFi protocols, RWA, and tokenized assets.
- Understanding of lending, AMM, and yield strategies.
- Connection with asset managers.
Conditions & Benefits
- Salary: ~$120,000 – $160,000 gross per year.
