- Lead projects with clients from discovery to implementation and ongoing value delivery.
- Conduct blockchain investigations using Chainalysis platform for transaction tracking and analysis.
- Understand client objectives and connect them to tangible outcomes.
- Design and maintain client-specific workflows, dashboards, and data models.
- Support clients in autonomously operating solutions and integrating Chainalysis into their operations.
- Act as a key technical advisor to clients, building long-term relationships through expertise.
- Conduct live training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide technical pre-sales support for complex strategic cases.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and intelligence teams to inform product development and service improvements.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge in specialized areas to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence, or financial crime analysis.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain ecosystems including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and DeFi.
- Proven experience delivering technical solutions in complex environments.
- Direct experience working with law enforcement, national security, or compliance clients.
- Ability to derive insights from large datasets and communicate findings effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
