Betsson Group is now looking for an experienced Director of Product who will be based in our HQ in Malta.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Strategic Planning: Oversee the development and execution of the product development roadmaps for multiple products streams, ensuring priorities are aligned with company objectives.
- Leadership: Ensure the product organisation is well-defined and optimised for its purpose.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build effective and strong working relationships and communication channels across the organisation.
- Product Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development process.
- Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the organisation.
- Performance Measurement: Ensure that key product metrics and KPIs are defined and measured.
Requirements
Who you are
- A relevant academic degree or qualifications would be considered a plus, but are not mandatory.
- Highly experienced and skilled in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
- Strong leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to build, motivate and coach high performing product teams.
- Considerable experience in product leadership roles with online gaming operators.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of product management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong understanding of how to use data and analytics in product development.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences.
- A plus if you have prior working experience with AI/ML driven products.
- Considerable working experience with mobile apps.
- Knowledgeable on both casino and sports betting products.
- Experience working with remote / geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
