- Lead end-to-end product discovery for player-facing Sportsbook improvements, including new features, UX/UI enhancements, and new betting experiences.
- Translate strategy and customer problems into clear hypotheses, concepts, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
- Use AI as a practical product and discovery tool to identify opportunities, accelerate insight generation and experimentation, and help create smarter, more personalized and intuitive Sportsbook experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, User Research, Engineering, Commercial teams, and other stakeholders to frame customer problems and prioritize opportunities.
- Support the transition from discovery into delivery, maintaining alignment on the intended customer outcome and monitoring whether initiatives achieve the agreed success criteria.
- Continuously benchmark our Sportsbook experience, relevant digital products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
- Significant Product Management experience, including ownership of complex customer-facing digital products and end-to-end discovery.
- Strong Sportsbook knowledge and a solid understanding of customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Understanding of trends and industry dynamics in Sportsbook.
- Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative discovery methods, experimentation, prototyping, and outcome-based product development.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to create clarity, challenge constructively, and align senior stakeholders.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
