Join Betsson Group as a Technical Project Manager to lead projects in technology transformation. Utilize your technical background and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Description
As a technical project manager within Product Development, you will lead tactical and strategical projects supporting Betsson’s overall long-term technology transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Execute projects by providing/maintaining visibility for requirements, scope, objectives, deliverables, financial impact, and resourcing
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks
- Monitor and report project progress
- Apply excellent communication skills and practical knowledge to help teams work closely together
- Facilitate effective team meetings: kick-offs, regular status updates, weekly catchups
- Uncover and remove roadblocks that prevent the various teams from achieving their shared project goals
Requirements
- Ability to drive through ambiguous and complex situations
- Knowledge in using Project Management Tools such as Microsoft Project & JIRA
- Solid IT technical background
- A recognized certification in project management such as Prince or Sigma would be a big plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong people management skills
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
