What You’ll Do:
- Develop Ripple’s worldwide social and community approach across platforms (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, emerging channels).
- Lead a high-performing team in a fast paced environment, setting clear direction while empowering bold thinking and experimentation.
- Innovate by developing and delivering big, bold, differentiated ideas that elevate Ripple’s leadership, spark conversation, and stand out in crowded, noisy moments.
- Partner with senior executives to build distinctive, credible, high-impact digital presences.
- Champion and expand Ripple’s global communities, maintaining institutional credibility while encouraging genuine involvement throughout the XRP and crypto ecosystems.
- Lead real-time and issues-based engagement, including regulatory developments, market moments, and rapid response scenarios.
- Move beyond vanity metrics. Build a framework that measures influence, narrative shift, sentiment strength, authority, and business impact.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of experience in social media, community, or digital communications, senior leadership at a global brand or high-growth technology company, experience in crypto is a huge plus.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with shifting priorities and public scrutiny.
- Equal parts strategist and creator, capability of crafting thoughtful narratives, meme-worthy brilliance.
- Judgment to know when to lean in and when to hold the line, strong editorial judgment.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing nuance.
- Clear track record of delivering out of box ideas that drives impact.
- Data-informed decision maker with a clear point of view on meaningful metrics.
