Top Selection is looking for a Senior DWH Analyst with expertise in data platforms and strong SQL skills. The position is remote with a salary range of 250,000 to 270,000 ₽.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Confident understanding of data platform principles (DWH, OLAP, Data Lake, Lakehouse)
- Knowledge of data model design methodologies (Kimball, Data Vault) and practical experience in applying them
- Skills in working with large data volumes (billions of records, TB of data)
- Expert knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL)
- Understanding principles and experience with MPP systems (GreenPlum, Clickhouse, Trino)
- Ability to analyze existing data flows and their dependencies (ETL/ELT, Airflow)
- Ability to systematize weakly structured requirements in the format of data showcase descriptions
- Strong communication skills for interaction with business clients, developers, and admins
- Experience in optimizing complex queries
- Skills in planning and managing work time
- Skills in task setting for adjacent departments
- Experience with distributed storage (Hadoop, S3)
- Competent oral and written communication

- Analysis of business needs for prepared data
- Preparation of requirements regarding the methodology for calculating indicators
- Designing data models for presentation and detailed data layers
- Searching for relevant data sources, profiling data in sources, and in the data platform
- Developing algorithms for building data showcases and detailed layer objects
- Developing prototypes in showcases and agreeing them with consumers
- Supporting the development of showcases at all stages of the work process: stream development, testing, UAT, handover to support, resolving incidents at the 3rd line of support
- Estimating computational resources needed to solve tasks (sizing storage and compute)
- Estimating labor costs for completing modifications
- Defining data quality check logic and implementing it for created showcases
