Email / CRM Marketer for the American Market

Responsibilities

• Build email funnels (2 segments of 6–10 emails per month):

- Create content plans and logic for chains; - Write emails; - Develop branching and triggers: opened / not opened / clicked / started purchase but did not pay / purchased, etc.; - Conduct follow-ups, reactivation, and post-purchase communication; - Test hypotheses and optimize emails.

• Reactivation of the database (10 emails per month):

- Develop a reactivation strategy for the 1200+ contact database with no regular engagement.

• PR content (approximately 8–10 articles per month):

- Write articles for external platforms and promote the brand in the US market.

Requirements

• Experience in email / CRM marketing and building funnels;
• Experience working with the American audience (portfolio required);
• English — native or fluent (C1), sufficient for writing marketing emails and articles for the US audience;
• Ability to independently navigate: strategy → content plan → texts → analytics;
• Understanding of metrics OR, CTR, LTV;
• Strong copywriting skills with the right TOV;
• Love for numbers, analytics, and tables, ability to validate hypotheses and draw conclusions from data.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in psychology / mental wellness / spirituality / self-development niches;
• Experience with digital products, subscriptions, and database reactivation.
