We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager for an international outsourcing company specializing in Customer Care & Support for iGaming projects. Fully remote position with flexible hours.
We are a large international outsourcing company with over 5 years in the market and a team of more than 1,000 specialists, specializing in Customer Care & Support for iGaming projects and casinos. The company works with major international clients and is actively developing and scaling its team and directions.
- Prepare and manage the communication plan;
- Test and calibrate current communication channels (email/sms/push/WA/TG/voice channels);
- Monitor key metrics (delivery/open rates/clicks/target actions);
- Control the technical condition of channels;
- Budget communications.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing in a relevant position;
- Experience in building an omnichannel user interaction system;
- Proficient in Excel;
- Basic understanding of HTML email layout;
- Experience with customer.io, Bloomreach, Emarsys, or similar platforms;
- Experience in iGaming/Gambling/Betting is a plus.
- Quality experience, skill growth, and a comfortable working atmosphere;
- Fully remote work;
- 5/2 schedule with flexible start times;
