About this role
Looking for a CRM Marketer / Clienteling Manager with AI experience for a premium men's clothing boutique. The role focuses on client communication and marketing strategy using AI tools.
Description
We are a multi-brand premium men's clothing boutique in Dushanbe, featuring well-known European brands, mono-stores, and outlets. We have a client base of 1,500 with a complete purchase history segmented for targeted marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage all client communication: calls, mass WhatsApp messages, personal messages, birthday greetings.
- Ensure a unified message across all channels, including Instagram.
- Develop a marketing calendar for the year: seasons, collections, sales, holidays, birthdays.
- Create a strategy for client retention and engagement.
- Oversee product knowledge and inventory management.
- Ensure omnichannel communication: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, website, app.
- Supervise a call manager.
- Weekly reporting to the owner on campaigns and client engagement.
Requirements
- Experience as a marketer in fashion, with a strong understanding of AI.
- 3+ years in fashion retail, understanding seasonality and premium market differences.
- Daily use of AI tools like Claude for work tasks.
- Knowledge of retention strategies and premium brand management.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to assign tasks and check execution.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive planning and collaboration with team members.
- Fluent in Russian.
- Plus: experience in luxury or mono-brand, leadership experience, loyalty program development, knowledge of Tajik or Uzbek.
