Responsibilities
- Lead the development of web interfaces through which users interact with the product;
- Hire, develop, and retain an engineering team with a strong culture of trust;
- Deliver incremental improvements alongside Design, Product, and Data;
- Develop AI-native engineering practices, frontend performance, reliability, and observability.
Requirements
- Experience in people management and developing strong engineering teams;
- Ability to organize fast and quality delivery work through experiments and iterations;
- Technical leadership: understanding of architecture, design review, and mentoring engineers;
- Experience managing a distributed team in a remote-first environment.
