About this role
Ozonefc is seeking a Fitness Director to lead the fitness direction, manage trainers, and influence product development and business results.
Description
Ozonefc is one of the dynamically developing fitness networks in Uzbekistan.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of trainers: recruitment, adaptation, development, motivation, and certification.
- Manage all fitness areas of the club and training schedules.
- Ensure the quality of the training process, service, and compliance with ozonefc standards.
- Develop sales of personal training and client retention.
- Analyze KPIs and be responsible for the commercial results of the fitness direction.
- Launch new fitness programs, directions, and formats.
- Conduct training, master classes, and internal events for the team.
- Interact with sales, marketing, and operational teams.
- Control the safety and functionality of equipment.
- Participate in sports, CSR, and charity projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a fitness department, club, or team of trainers.
- Experience in team management: task setting, results control, motivation, and employee development.
- Understanding of the economics of the fitness direction and experience working with commercial KPIs.
- Practical experience in increasing sales of personal training and/or client retention.
- Understanding of modern fitness products and customer service.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Systematic approach, initiative, and high responsibility for results.
