We are an international financial company. We are looking for an HR Director who can manage the HR team, build processes, and ensure hiring plans are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of recruiters, HR, and People Partner.
- Organize mass recruitment.
- Form and develop the HR department team.
- Control the execution of hiring plans.
- Work with HR analytics: recruitment funnels, conversions, vacancy closure times, turnover, and reasons for resignations.
- Build adaptation, retention, and employee development processes.
- Work with department heads to promptly meet their personnel needs.
- Independently handle administrative recruitment and close office vacancies of various levels.
- Personally engage in search, interviews, and candidate evaluation when necessary.
- Improve and automate HR processes.
Requirements
- Experience managing an HR team.
- Mandatory experience in mass recruitment.
- Ability to independently close administrative and office vacancies.
- Understanding of HR analytics and ability to work with numbers.
- Flexibility and readiness to quickly adapt to business tasks.
- Stress resistance and ability to handle a large volume of tasks.
- Ability to not only assign tasks to the team but also engage in work independently.
- Result orientation, responsibility, and high work pace.
