• Participate in product iteration planning;
• Design and optimize FTUE, game mechanics, difficulty curve, balance, and in-game economy;
• Prepare technical specifications for features for the team;
• Work in Unity: level design, balance, mechanics setup;
• Support and consult the team at all stages of development;
• Participate in analyzing test results;
• Assist with producer tasks.

Required:

• Commercial experience in mobile game development;
• Experience with Puzzle genre games and/or games targeting a female audience (HOG, FTD, Match3, Merge, Word, etc.);
• Broad understanding of development, iteration, and promotion processes for mobile game products. The broader the competencies, the better;
• Experience in designing and optimizing FTUE, difficulty curve, and in-game economy;
• Experience with technical specifications, proficient oral and written communication skills, text handling skills;
• Skills in using the Unity game engine, at least: level design, balance, mechanics setup. Additional Unity skills will be an advantage;
• Systematic understanding of metrics for mobile game products;
• Basic skills in using any analytical systems.
