- Develop strategic relationships at the holding company level through to individual agencies with the goal of delivering value to our partners and X.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies and act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver value to agency partners.
- Support and drive revenue growth at X by creating and executing regional agency development plans.
- Identify new agency partnership opportunities and support the sales team to onboard new clients to our platform.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Represent the company at regional industry events and agency meetings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to agency businesses.
- 10+ years of media sales experience with a focus on partnering with media agencies.
- Deep experience working within a digital and/or social media company.
- Mandarin required to engage stakeholders in China.
- Deep understanding of agency holding companies and strong relationships across GCR.
- Proven track record of managing high-value relationships and driving commercial results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, always-on startup environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
- BA/BS degree preferred; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
