Key Responsibilities
- GTM Strategy: Define and drive Coinflow's EU go-to-market strategy — using data to identify priority markets, verticals, and sequencing for expansions.
- Direct Revenue Generation: Build and run a pipeline of target merchants across Coinflow’s target verticals. Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, relationship-building, deal structuring, negotiation, and close.
- Partnership Channels: Stand up partner-enabled sales channels that multiply the EU pipeline — identifying and signing the right regional partners, then running a joint motion from co-prospecting through deal close.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movement across all three sectors, and translate that intelligence into new sales angles and partnership opportunities — not just a report-out.
- Process & Team Building: Build the scalable processes (pipeline management, partner ops, reporting) the region needs as it grows — and build the team to run them. You'll start as the operator; you'll hire the team that scales it.
- Operational & Compliance Coordination: Build the operational capacity to support the EU motion, and work directly with Coinflow's regulatory/compliance team to translate field insights and licensing requirements into deals that can actually go live — not just deals that close on paper.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in GTM, sales, or partnerships within fintech, payments, or crypto
- Track record of building a market or region from scratch; you've defined the playbook, not just followed one
- Comfort owning a full sales cycle solo, from sourcing to close, without a large supporting team
- Experience structuring and closing partnership deals, not just direct merchant sales
- Strong cross-functional instincts — you'll work closely with compliance/legal and need to translate regulatory constraints into commercial strategy, not treat them as a blocker
- Data-driven approach to market prioritization; comfortable building your own pipeline reporting before formal infrastructure exists
- Based in or able to work extensively across European time zones
