Main Challenges:

• Build and develop Go-to-Market strategies for Agentic AI implementations in large organizations in Poland.
• Lead complex sales processes with large enterprise organizations.
• Collaborate with clients and engineering teams in a Forward Deployment Engineering model.
• Identify AI use cases and build business cases for clients.
• Negotiate with multiple stakeholders, including management and IT departments.
• Develop relationships with key clients and business partners.

What You Will Need:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and closing large, complex contracts.
• Experience in leading multi-month sales processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple decision-makers on the client side.
• Contacts in large enterprise organizations, preferably in sectors like banking, insurance, retail, or consumer.
• Understanding of technology and ability to engage in discussions with technical teams.
• Ability to sell business transformation and build value around AI solutions.

Additional Assets:

• Experience in selling AI solutions or technology services for enterprises.
• Knowledge of the Forward Deployment Engineering model.
• Experience working with organizations undergoing digital transformation.
