About this role
Looking for a Head of Account Management for an international FinTech/Web3 project to build the Account Management function from scratch.
Description
Maclear AG is a Swiss investment platform in the private credit/crowdlending segment. Their second product, 8lends, is a Web3 platform for investments through USDC.
Responsibilities
- Build the Account Management function from scratch;
- Segment the client base;
- Set up playbook, SLA, and escalation processes;
- Establish CRM automations and client triggers;
- Work with retention, churn, and reinvestment;
- Manage key and HNW investors;
- Gradually build and develop the AM team.
Requirements
- Experience in FinTech / FX / brokerage / investments / Crypto / Web3;
- Strong background in Account Management / Customer Success / Client Relations;
- Experience in building client processes;
- Proficient with CRM and metrics;
- Team management experience;
- English B2+/C1.
