Celestial Group is looking for a Head of Media Buying in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate will build a system for media buyers to grow and earn significantly above market rates.

- Develop buyers to a strong level
- Analyze traffic, connections, and hypotheses
- Strengthen the team
- Build a system that consistently generates profit
- Attend conferences
- Plan for 3, 6, and 12 months ahead
Requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in iGaming and Facebook Ads
- 2+ years of Team Lead / Head of Buying experience
- Strong understanding of LATAM and Tier 3 GEO
- Experience working with different tiers
- Ability to grow buyers, not just control them
- Understanding of ROI, caps, offers, connections, and traffic economics
- Ability to build processes without unnecessary bureaucracy
