Looking for a Team Lead/Senior Media Buyer to build and scale traffic sources for Crypto projects at Ottone Media ADS.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of media buyers: task setting, control, development, launching the department from scratch;
- Developing and implementing traffic acquisition strategies with Twitter/X for Crypto projects;
- Independently launching, scaling, and optimizing advertising campaigns;
- Analyzing effectiveness, working with key metrics, focusing on ROI;
- Testing creatives, audiences, and new approaches;
- Implementing best practices and training the team.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Twitter/X for at least 6 months, with relevant traffic in the last 3 months;
- Experience with Crypto traffic;
- Skills in independently launching, scaling, and optimizing campaigns;
- Deep understanding of analytics, ability to work with metrics and focus on ROI;
- Experience in testing creatives, audiences, and new approaches;
- Willingness to take responsibility for results.
