About this role
Seeking a Head of Media Buying (Crypto) to lead the growth and profitability of our crypto direction. Join a team of 100+ professionals with a focus on Facebook Ads and scaling profitable campaigns.
Description
We are an international product company specializing in the crypto sector. Our team consists of over 100 professionals with more than 4 years in the market, having tested over 5000 combinations.
Responsibilities
- Formulate the growth strategy for the crypto direction
- Build and develop the media buying team (Facebook Ads)
- Establish testing and scaling processes
- Manage budgets and be responsible for the profitability of the direction
- Develop KPI systems, analytics, and management reporting
- Manage coverage (geo, offers, creatives)
- Interact with Promo, Analytics, BizDev, Account
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing (hands-on required: launched, optimized, scaled)
- Recent experience in the crypto vertical — last 6 months
- Facebook Ads as a key source (3+ years)
- Confirmed cases in crypto — at least 3 with direct impact
- Team budget management of $500k/month
- Team management of 7+ people for 2+ years
- Experience in building processes, KPI, and systematic analytics
- Strategic thinking, data-driven approach
- Russian language — mandatory
- A plus: experience in gamedev / iGaming / product companies
