Description
An international product company (subscription web/app products in the niches of AI, productivity, health & fitness) is looking for a UA Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Google Ads as a key acquisition channel
- Optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, LTV, and traffic quality
- Identify and launch growth points: new GEOs, funnels, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Analyze the entire funnel, not just the metrics from the ad account
- Work closely with analysts, product, and creative teams
- Develop tracking, attribution, and value-based optimization systems
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and proven experience in scaling budgets
- Understanding of unit economics and key metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention)
- Ability to make data-driven decisions based on the entire funnel
- Proactivity, independence, and ownership mindset
- Experience with subscription products (web/app subscription) is a plus
