About this role

Kavaya Group is looking for a Head of New Categories in FMCG to identify promising categories and products, manage pilot launches, and scale successful initiatives.

Description

Kavaya Group unites various business directions, the main one being the production and sale of food products of its own manufacture.

Responsibilities
  • The main task is to find promising categories and products, calculate the economics, organize pilot launches, and scale successful directions.
Requirements
  • Experience in FMCG, food industry.
  • Experience in launching new products or categories.
  • Understanding of federal networks and retail.
