Bob W is seeking a Head of People to lead their HR function in Tallinn, Estonia. The role focuses on developing company culture, managing People Operations, and implementing HR strategies.

Bob W is an international hospitality company developing a network of apartments in Europe with a focus on service, local experience, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the People function, including People Ops, Office Management, and Recruitment.
- Develop company culture and integrate values into all HR processes.
- Manage the full cycle of People Operations: recruitment, onboarding, L&D, total rewards, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop career development, compensation, and performance management systems.
- Work with management on HR strategy and organizational design.
- Lead People strategy during M&A and market expansions.
- Implement AI and automation in People processes without losing the quality of human interaction.
Requirements
- Experience leading the People function in an international fast-growing company.
- Experience building and scaling HR teams and processes from scratch.
- Experience working with People function across multiple countries and legal entities.
- Understanding of labor legislation in different jurisdictions and experience working with external legal consultants.
- Ability to combine strategic work with hands-on execution in a small team.
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
- Right to work in Estonia and willingness to relocate to Tallinn.
Conditions & Benefits
- Salary €55,000–70,000 per year depending on experience.
- Start date: January 2027.
- Most of the week is expected to be office-based, with no fixed office days.
