APERCON is seeking an experienced Head of Private Office to create and manage a personal operational system for a private family in Cyprus.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement the family’s personal operating system
- Manage health, travel, schedules, documents, properties, vehicles & household operations
- Build budgets, controls and approval processes
- Manage staff, contractors and suppliers
- Identify risks and create backup scenarios
- Gradually reduce the principals’ involvement in daily operations
Requirements
We Are Looking For
- Proven experience building or transforming a Private Office / Family Operations function
- Strong hands-on operational & project management skills
- Independent decision-making and excellent prioritisation
- Exceptional discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work with multiple principals and resolve conflicting priorities
- Long-term mindset; ideally 3+ years with one principal
- Based in Cyprus / willingness to work from Cyprus
- Fluent Russian is required
