- Experience managing a team of analysts.
- Strong understanding of product analytics and A/B testing.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or other digital products.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Personalization, recommendation systems, ranking (a plus).
- Experience in FoodTech, Retail, E-grocery, or Marketplace (a plus).
- Causal inference and advanced experimental analytics (a plus).
