About this role
Join Pinkman as Head of Production, leading digital design projects and managing P&L. Remote work with a competitive salary.
Description
Pinkman is one of the top 3 digital design studios in Russia with over 10 years of experience. We create designs for digital products, corporate websites, and business tools, working with major brands to develop product and communication design.
Responsibilities
- Formulate quarterly margin income goals with the managing partner and take full responsibility for achieving them (owner of quarterly P&L)
- Manage the budget of the direction, control project profitability, plan/fact, and establish a bonus system for producers
- Evaluate incoming projects from sales: economics, profitability, resource compliance
- Collaborate with design directors to make decisions on producer assignments and team composition, control project launches
- Conduct weekly production planning: priorities, resources, current team workload
- Proactively identify and prevent risks: unallocated work volume, delays, contractor failures, resource shortages
Requirements
- Experience in leading Production in a studio, agency, or Production house
- Confident work with digital and design projects: websites, graphics, video, CG, branding
- Understanding of AI tools in production is a plus
- Financial mindset: margin income, gross profit, plan/fact, budget hours
- Ability to plan with buffers for approvals
- Willingness to make tough decisions and take responsibility
- Communication at the partner level
Conditions & Benefits
- Salary: 250,000 – 400,000 ₽
