About this role
Adtech Solutions is seeking a Head of Supply to lead and automate their media buying infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience in account management and a deep understanding of the media buying landscape.
Description
Adtech Solutions is a product adtech team in the Fintech and Crypto sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the internal supply business unit and develop three main areas of supplies (FB, Google, Native);
- Build, set up, and automate internal account production processes from scratch;
- Ensure uninterrupted supply and stable delivery speed for media buying volumes;
- Manage the team, analyze costs, and optimize production costs;
- Obtain the best conditions from partners for replenishment and services, develop a partner network, and build relationships with suppliers;
- Research the market, trends, and ensure the business unit reaches self-sustainability;
- Work for the main internal client (own buying) and eventually expand the unit to the external market.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the arbitration 'kitchen', technical infrastructure (anti-detects, proxies, cookies, payment systems, Google, Facebook, Native Ads);
- Successful experience in launching and automating supply production processes from scratch;
- Leadership potential and team management skills for scaling the direction;
- Your main advantage: background in your own farm agency or experience managing a large account seller. You already know how this business works and can easily apply these mechanics to scale our unit;
- Good market orientation for suppliers, existing contacts, and readiness to quickly expand the partner network;
- Proactivity, ability to think in business categories, and take responsibility without detailed TЗ.
