Responsibilities
- Keeping employee documents and databases up to date;
- Supporting medical insurance processes, including enrollment, data updates, and employee queries;
- Coordinating relocations and business trips;
- Collecting and reviewing immigration documents;
- Maintaining bank guarantee records.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English; Greek is a plus;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Initiative, independence, and the ability to follow tasks through to completion;
- Confidence working with files, spreadsheets, and databases.
