- Research the market, competitors, and identify growth points;
- Independently find bloggers, ambassadors, and UGC creators;
- Formulate hypotheses and come up with integration ideas;
- Reach out to partners and conduct negotiations;
- Agree on terms, budgets, and collaboration formats;
- Bring integrations from idea to publication;
- Analyze results and scale effective connections;
- Build long-term relationships with partners;
Requirements
Requirements
- 1.5–2 years of experience in influencer marketing;
- Practical experience in the Russian market;
- Experience in peptides/wellness/beauty/fitness/health;
- Full cycle experience: search → negotiations → integration → analytics;
- Ability to independently formulate hypotheses and propose solutions;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to work with numbers and assess effectiveness;
