About this role
AIST Digital is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build a client acquisition channel through Instagram bloggers. This role reports directly to the founder.
Description
AIST Digital creates cinematic quality video content: short films, series, and commercials.
Responsibilities
- Search and verify bloggers in marketing, entrepreneurship, technology, and creativity niches.
- Build AI outreach: database, personalized messages, follow-ups, statuses.
- Negotiate placements (Reels and Stories), including with English-speaking authors.
- Control outputs, links, promo codes, and UTM, gather statistics.
- Calculate new clients and acquisition costs, scale successful integrations.
Requirements
- Personal experience in purchasing paid integrations on Instagram with measurable results.
- Ability to read blogger statistics and distinguish real reach from inflated numbers.
- English for negotiations.
- Work with numbers: CAC, ROI, attribution.
- Daily use of AI, CRM, and automation in work.
