Description
Bitwise is a leading asset manager in the crypto space, managing a broad suite of investment products and providing unparalleled client support.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Internal Sales Consultants.
- Partner with the Head of Intermediary Sales to develop, implement, and track targeted sales campaigns.
- Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Manage the daily workflow of the desk, ensuring high-quality support for the external sales team.
- Ensure compliance with FINRA and firm policies.
- Drive effective utilization of the firm's sales technology stack.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Internal Desk and other departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales organization within an asset management or wealth management firm.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully coaching and developing junior sales talent.
- Strong understanding of the wealth management landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
- FINRA Series 24 license or willingness to obtain it within six months required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a must.

- Total Compensation: $225,000 - $275,000 + Equity.
