About this role
Join our iGaming team as an L2 Support Specialist, handling internal inquiries and ensuring high-quality support.
Description
We are an iGaming team currently looking for a specialist for the second line of support. The role involves working with internal inquiries and the company's internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Process inquiries received from the first line of support;
- Verify information in the company's internal systems;
- Forward inquiries to relevant departments and monitor their execution;
- Check received responses and send final decisions to the first line of support;
- Work according to internal instructions and regulations;
- Ensure high-quality processing of inquiries and minimal errors.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and high concentration;
- Ability to work with large volumes of similar information;
- Responsible approach to work and adherence to internal regulations;
- Willingness to learn quickly and apply acquired knowledge independently;
- Experience in support, customer service, or document handling is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Russian; knowledge of English or languages of CIS countries is a plus.
Conditions & Benefits
- Fixed salary of 80,000 rubles + transparent KPI (discussed during the interview);
- Shift schedule: 2/2 (DAY and NIGHT shifts) from 9:00 to 21:00/21:00 to 9:00;
