Responsibilities

- Search and analyze Adult 18+ websites and advertising platforms;
- Find contacts of website owners, administrators, and webmasters;
- Negotiate and achieve better placement conditions;
- Purchase and launch advertising placements: banners, buttons, and other formats;
- Analyze CTR, conversions, payments, and ROI;
- Test new platforms and advertising formats;
- Optimize placements and disable ineffective sources;
- Form and scale a pool of profitable Adult platforms;
- Independently be responsible for the results of the direction.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in purchasing advertising and placements on websites;
- Practical experience with Adult 18+ platforms is a significant advantage;
- Understanding of the Adult traffic market and specifics of working with webmasters;
- Experience negotiating directly with website owners/admins;
- Ability to work with CTR, CR, ROI, and other performance metrics;
- Analytical thinking and result orientation;
- Independence and a high level of ownership;
- Willingness to independently build and scale the direction.
