Description
Join T1 as an ML Engineer to design and implement AI agents for banking tasks and develop GenOps platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents for specific banking tasks.
- Develop GenOps platforms with self-service backend services (REST/gRPC).
- Organize quality monitoring systems for agents.
- Conduct code reviews, refactoring, and code optimization.
- Write unit tests.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of LLM-based systems.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Python, FastAPI, aiohttp, aiokafka.
- Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Ability to work with asynchronous/multithreaded code.
- Experience with frameworks for LLM-based applications (llamaindex/langgraph/langchain/haystack).
- Knowledge of quality metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, BERTScore) and hallucination detection approaches.
- FullStack development experience and interaction with frontend developers is a plus.
