- Support daily brokerage operations including trade monitoring, settlement, and operational workflows
- Assist in performing reconciliations between internal systems and external partners
- Investigate and help resolve operational discrepancies or trade exceptions
- Support account operations including onboarding checks, funding workflows, and operational requests
- Assist with corporate actions, dividends, and other lifecycle events affecting customer accounts
- Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve operational issues impacting customers
- Help document operational procedures and contribute to improving operational processes
- Support operational readiness for new product launches and platform updates
- 0–2 years of experience in financial services, brokerage operations, fintech, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with operational data accurately
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Interest in financial markets and brokerage operations
