Responsibilities
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Relationship management: Own and deepen executive relationships with key partners, serving as the primary strategic liaison to drive long-term value creation.
- Sales enablement: Embed expertise and Sales rigor into Channel and Alliance partner organizations.
- Strategic partner development: Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships across BVNK’s ecosystem.
- Thought Leadership: Represent BVNK externally through industry events, conferences, and thought leadership engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to align partnership initiatives with business objectives and delivery priorities.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify emerging opportunities across blockchain, digital assets, and fintech.
Requirements
What we need from you:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the blockchain or fintech industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, stablecoins, DeFi ecosystems, and the broader digital asset landscape.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) preferred.
