• Build the brand's PR and communication strategy
• Work with influencers, gifting, and paid integrations
• Curate communication for launches and collections
• Prepare materials: texts, presentations, press releases, launch descriptions
• Launch special projects, collaborations, and events
• Work with fashion, lifestyle, and cultural media
• Seek new growth and visibility points for the brand
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams
• Analyze communication effectiveness, media landscape, and campaign results
• 2+ years of experience in communications with fashion/lifestyle/beauty brands
• Strong influencer PR background
• Understanding of fashion/jewelry/lifestyle context
• Ability to create newsworthy topics, not just write and distribute press releases
• Contacts and real experience working with talents, stylists, media, and opinion leaders
• Taste, visual awareness, and sense of cultural context
• Ability to think strategically, not just operationally
• Ability to work with numbers and data, hard skills in analytics
