We are looking for a Presale / Outreach Sales Manager to be the first point of contact for new clients, handling incoming leads and assisting with proxy selection.
Responsibilities
- Promptly process new contacts (Telegram, online chat, email);
- Qualify leads: understand use case, budget, urgency;
- Explain the difference between proxy types (Residential, Mobile, ISP) for specific client tasks;
- Maintain communication until the first payment is made;
- Monitor chats/forums on arbitrage, crypto, SEO, gambling, eCommerce discussing proxies;
- Provide native responses to proxy-related questions without direct advertising, through expertise;
- Reach out to hot leads and transition conversations to private messages;
- Personal contact with each client within 48 hours after payment;
- Assist with proxy setup and first use;
- Follow up after 7 days to check client satisfaction and address questions;
- Propose volume increases if the client is actively using traffic;
- Actively offer the referral program to loyal clients;
- Track and reward the most active clients;
- Collect feedback and case studies for marketing use;
- Regular reporting: number of leads, conversion, average check, top objections;
- Provide reasons for client refusals and departures;
- Suggest product improvements based on real feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service in IT, SaaS, crypto, or traffic arbitrage;
- Understanding of what proxies are and their applications;
- Ability to connect with any clients and explain technical matters in simple terms;
- Experience working in Telegram chats related to arbitrage, crypto, SEO;
- Understanding of use cases: scraping, multi-accounting, Facebook Ads, price parsing;
- Confident written English for working with foreign clients;
- Experience in the proxy niche or related products (VPN, anti-detect browsers).
