About the Company

Invity is building the Bitcoin neobank for Europe. A MiCA-licensed mobile app helping people build Bitcoin wealth through simple, automated investing strategies. The goal is to make Bitcoin accessible to everyone, whether they're buying for the first time or building long-term financial habits. A team of around 40 people based in Prague, working at the intersection of fintech, crypto, and regulation.

About the Role

Product Manager role joining a small product team to help scale the platform. This is an opportunity to work closely with product, design, engineering, compliance, and leadership while taking real ownership of what is built and how it is built.

What You'll Do

• Drive day-to-day product delivery with engineering teams, including backlog management, prioritization, refinements, and planning
• Write clear product specifications that help teams move quickly and make informed decisions
• Partner closely with design to take features from idea to launch
• Run user interviews and turn customer insights into product improvements
• Help shape the roadmap alongside the Product Lead and company leadership
• Track delivery progress, identify risks early, and coordinate across teams to remove blockers
• Work closely with compliance, legal, and engineering teams to ship products in a regulated environment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping customer-facing products
• Fluent in both Czech and English
• Learn quickly and enjoy becoming an expert in complex domains
• Communicate clearly, whether writing specifications, presenting trade-offs, or aligning stakeholders
• Use AI as part of daily workflow and actively build own systems, prompts, and processes to work more effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or other regulated industries
• Experience working on consumer-facing (B2C) products
• Experience shipping mobile applications
