About this role
Gilmark is seeking a Project Manager to independently manage 4-6 projects in contextual and targeted advertising, ensuring team focus, deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Description
Gilmark is an advertising agency established in 2013, working with clients across Russia, including Post of Russia, RZD, RUDN, RANEPA, MISIS, and others. We are a certified Yandex Direct agency and rank 4th in Russia in the Runet Rating among contractors for the public sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of specialists and control results.
- Manage projects through plan-fact, monitor budgets, key performance indicators, and profitability.
- Participate in the preparation of media plans, presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Conduct meetings with clients and the team.
- Analyze deviations, verify hypotheses, and identify growth points.
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of Yandex Direct, VK Advertising, and Yandex Metrics at the level of task setting and control.
- Confident work with numbers, budgets, and plan-fact.
- Independence: ability to make decisions, identify risks in advance, and propose solutions.
- Ability to negotiate and build working communication with clients and the team.
Will be a plus: Experience in an advertising agency, knowledge of Bitrix24, and skills in working with AI tools.
