We are looking for a Python Developer with at least 5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain microservices in a distributed environment.

- Design, develop, and enhance microservices in a distributed environment.
- Collaborate with the system analyst to clarify requirements and suggest improvements.
- Oversee features from design to deployment, setting up metrics in Grafana and monitoring performance under load.
- Actively participate in architecture discussions and design reviews, proposing and defending solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and potential risks early and discuss them with the team.
- Serve as the third line of support, investigating incidents to root causes using traces/logs/metrics and resolving errors.
- Document code.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher education in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of development experience.
- Strong Python skills, confident with async (asyncio): understanding when it helps and when it hinders.
- Experience designing services in a distributed system: making informed choices between synchronous (gRPC) and asynchronous (Kafka/RabbitMQ) communication, idempotency, and data consistency between services.
- Proficient in contract design between services: versioning and backward compatibility.
- Incorporate testability into design rather than adding tests later.
- Self-reliance and accountability for results throughout the task cycle.
