- Define and delegate technical tasks necessary for solving product tasks
- Monitor the quality of solutions provided by the team, accept merge requests into the main branches of the project
- Build career tracks and guide the professional development of the team
- Be responsible for achieving team performance KPIs
- Oversee the architecture of technical solutions and manage technical debt
- Ensure the deployment of backend services to production and their uninterrupted operation
Requirements
Requirements
- Confident knowledge of Python and familiarity with the ecosystem: frameworks, python-way approaches, and practices
- Knowledge of RPC principles and successful experience in building distributed services using message brokers
- Skills in independently developing service functionality based on assigned tasks
- Stack: Python, RabbitMQ, OpenStack, Celery, Redis
