Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineers and research specialists in the EMEA region
- Build sourcing pipelines through talent mapping, market research, referrals, and direct search
- Search for candidates among frontier labs specialists and academia
- Collaborate with hiring managers and engineers on candidate profiles and position requirements
- Represent the company to candidates and build a strong candidate experience
- Analyze funnel data and improve sourcing strategy
- Use AI and proprietary tools to automate recruiting processes
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment
- Strong experience in sourcing and closing complex positions through outbound and talent mapping
- Good technical literacy and ability to have meaningful conversations with senior engineers
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to automate own workflows
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Curiosity, flexibility, and readiness to work in rapidly changing priorities
