About this role
Aurora Labs is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager with deep knowledge of Western digital culture and experience managing large budgets for influencer campaigns in the Web3 and AI sectors.

Aurora Labs is a full-cycle AI studio, creating products at the intersection of AI and Web3.
Responsibilities
- Selecting and purchasing foreign bloggers (US/EU, Tier-1) from your own up-to-date database for vertical content formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, X/Twitter);
- Full cycle of organizing integrations — from initial contact and negotiations on costs to script handover, payments, and monitoring of postings;
- Managing the advertising budget (spend), meeting deadlines, and tracking final metrics (ROI, reach, conversions);
- Working with project-specific niches: Web3 / Crypto, AI, Tech, High-Yield / Affiliate.
Requirements
- Ready and up-to-date database of foreign bloggers (US/EU/Global) across all key social networks in the Web3 / Crypto / AI niches;
- Relevant experience in Web3 / Crypto — precise understanding of the product, terminology, audience specifics, and promotion mechanics;
- Experience managing large budgets (Big Spend) — successful cases of managing budgets from $100,000+ to $500,000+ with meeting and exceeding planned indicators (ROI / ROAS);
- Verified cases — readiness to show examples of past placements, analytics, and campaign results in the foreign market;
- Languages — fluent working English for communication with bloggers plus Russian for operational communication with our internal team.
