- Own and manage multiple cross-functional programs, ensuring clear scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics are met
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive execution, track risks, and proactively resolve issues
- Manage senior leadership's calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense processing, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Act as a trusted proxy for executives, coordinating priorities, follow-ups, and communications across internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare program updates, reports, and presentations for leadership, and facilitate meetings to drive decision-making and alignment
- Establish and maintain program governance, workflows, and documentation while continuously improving processes
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, supporting budgeting, resource planning, and ad-hoc strategic projects as required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management, operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and deliver pragmatic solutions
- Proactive self-starter with end-to-end ownership mentality, highly organised, and effective in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse internal and external audiences
- AI-Forward Working Style: Actively uses AI tools to boost productivity and output quality; able to critically evaluate AI-generated content and apply sound judgment before sharing with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across the region
